GEORGINA BOYES is a folklorist whose research on many aspects of traditional culture includes song, mumming, children's game and storytelling as well as customs. An internationally established speaker, her depth of scholarship is combined with a lively & entertaining presentational style.
Introducing the fascinating range of traditions covered by English Folklore Studies, the talk aims to help anyone who might want to make a start in English Folklore or to provide a guide to participants who would like to extend an existing interest.
