Roy is a fine singer, concertina player & guitarist with a special interest in the traditional songs & dance music of his native Cheshire. He has performed at most of the UK's major folk festivals, be it in Mick Ryan's ballad operas, with the Cheshire fiddle player Neil Brookes or as a solo artist.

The workshop will look at some useful techniques for accompanying songs on English concertina. Some of these can be used on other concertina systems, so players of those are welcome too.
