Young Dubliner Graham Dunne is much admired in the Irish traditional music scene for his sensitivity as an accompanist & his fiery ability as a soloist. He works full-time with singer Niamh Parsons & has also accompanied the musical giants Liz Carroll, Paddy Keenan & Tommy Peoples, among many others.
The workshop will focus on an informed approach to the accompaniment of traditional Irish music & song. The workshop will be tuning-agnostic, as the information given & discussed will be relevant to all. Flatpicking melodies also, for those interested.
